Ep. 5: Not-the-Final Fantasy XII

It's about time, right? I have to say, this version of Johny is leaps and bounds better than the old version. The old one was alright, but the new style lets Johny be much more like he really is. Mellow, but expressive when he wants to be. He can do both now. I also went a little crazy with the shading... you'll notice both Johny and Rob have odd shadows in their eye sockets. I shouldn't have made them as wide as I did.

Now Johny from the side. Note that while I didn't change his skintone, I did lighten his hair a little bit due to people's comments on him having lighter hair in the videos than in the cartoon. I still say his hair isn't BLONDE, it's just brown. But it's lightened slightly all the same.

And of course, this wouldn't be fair without a picture of Johny wearing the hat he wears throughout most of the episode. This also shows the last angle I drew of Johny for this episode, the back of his head. I really only drew three angles for him in this episode. I think it's kind of weird, but I gotta remember that he didn't say much in this episode anyway, so he wasn't as demanding as Rob was.
